  • #treadLIFT is a 36-week treadmill + dumbbell-based program. If you are looking to lose inches, and get in and out of the gym in 30 minutes or less 3-4x/week, this is the program for you. You can do these workouts at home if you have dumbbells.
  • #FastPhysique is a 9-week hardcore training program. If you are looking to build muscle, get strong af and are ready to commit 4-6 days a week at the gym (all workouts 40 minutes or less), this is the program for you. You’ll need access to barbells and dumbbells.
